Conclusion.
It was recently discovered that the sum of $1,765.90, which is item 2 on page 2 of this report, WAS paid into the bank by the missing Shroff, though he never produced a bank receipt for it. Further, a sum in cash of $211.65 was found in a cash box which remained in the hands of the Police during the compilation of this report, but has since been opened. is not $34,759.94, but $32,782.39.
Thus the missing sum
